R.E.A.L. Outreach (Resilience, Empowerment, Accountability, Leadership) is our community-based engagement program focused on connecting youth and families to behavioral health services, resources, and consistent support.
We serve youth and families across King County who are experiencing instability, system involvement, or barriers to accessing consistent support.
Our team includes individuals with professional experience in outreach and behavioral health systems. Training and supervision align with current program scope and continue to expand as services grow.
Referrals can be submitted through our referral form. Outreach referrals are reviewed to determine appropriateness and current capacity.
Donations support outreach engagement, care coordination, staff training, program development, and the infrastructure needed to expand services — including future therapeutic housing programs.
