Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)

We accept WISe referrals for children, youth, and young adults (up to age 21) across King, Pierce, and Clark Counties.

Anyone can make a referral—including parents, legal guardians, youth (aged 13+), healthcare providers, school staff, tribal agencies, or community partners. Submitting a referral takes only a few minutes, and our intake team will reach out within 1 to 2 business days to schedule a screening.

WISe Eligibility Quick Check

Before submitting, please confirm the youth meets the following general criteria:

  • Age 20 or younger (under 21).

  • Covered by or eligible for Washington Apple Health (Medicaid).

  • Experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.

  • Requires support across multiple areas (e.g., home, school, community) or is involved with multiple systems (special education, child welfare, juvenile justice).
