R.E.A.L Outreach is our community based clinical outreach program providing direct behavioral health services to youth and families experiencing mental health challenges, and barriers to support.

Our outreach team meets youth where they are in homes, schools, and community settings offering mental health assessments, counseling, and stabilization support designed to help young people and families navigate difficult circumstances.

Through consistent engagement and trusted relationships, R.E.A.L Outreach helps youth reconnect to support systems, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward more better futures.
