St Claire Academy provides professional-grade performance training to Las Vegas youth athletes at no cost — removing every financial barrier between a young athlete and their full potential.
Who We Are
St Claire Academy is a free, selective youth athletic development program launching in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide professional-grade performance training, corrective exercise, sports nutrition education, and recovery programming to youth athletes ages 7 to 18 — at absolutely no cost to qualifying families.
Founded by Jordan Midgette — a certified performance coach with a background in behavioral health and youth development — St Claire Academy exists because elite athletic development should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. Every young athlete in Las Vegas deserves access to the same quality of training, coaching, and development that high-income families pay thousands for every month.
We partner with local school districts to reach the youth who need us most, operate with a limited enrollment model to guarantee coaching quality, and run entirely on grant funding, sponsorships, and community donations — so the price of admission is always zero.

NASM certifications
Performance-first methodology
Programming built on NASM CPT, CES, and PES methodology. Movement-based, field-first, sport-agnostic. The same system elite private clients pay $2,000+ a month for.
School district partnerships
Academy programming delivered through partnerships with Clark County school districts. We go where the youth are — using school facilities to eliminate every barrier to access.
Behavioral health informed
Our founder brings a background in behavioral health and high-acuity youth services. We understand the whole athlete — not just their physical development.
Community to scholarship pipeline
The long-term vision is simple — develop Las Vegas youth into scholarship athletes and beyond. Every program decision is made with that outcome in mind.
"Every kid I work with gets the same level of programming I provide to my highest-paying private clients. That's not a promise — that's the standard."

Program Structure
Athletes are placed into age-appropriate cohorts with 5 to 10 participants per group — small enough for real coaching attention, large enough to build competitive culture.
Foundational Movement
Building the athletic foundation every young body needs before sport-specific training begins.
Strength and Speed Development
Progressive strength through movement, speed mechanics, and the transition into competitive athletic performance.
Performance Prep
High school athletes preparing for varsity competition, recruitment, and the next level. Programmed like a pro.
What We Offer
Every element of the Academy is designed around a certified methodology — not a general fitness class. This is the same system used with elite private clients, delivered free to community youth.
Performance Training (NASM-PES)
Speed, agility, power, and sport-specific movement programming built on NASM Performance Enhancement Specialization methodology. Field-based and movement-first.
Corrective Exercise and Injury Prevention (NASM-CES)
Movement assessments identify compensation patterns before they become injuries. Every athlete receives a corrective protocol built around their individual movement profile.
Sports Nutrition Education
Age-appropriate nutrition education rooted in NASM Sports Nutrition certification. Athletes learn how to fuel performance, manage recovery, and build lasting habits.
Small Group Cohort Model
5 to 10 athletes per age group per session. Every participant receives real coaching attention — not lost in a crowd. Cohort culture builds accountability and competitive drive.
Recovery and Wellness Protocols
Structured recovery programming including mobility work, deload principles, and active recovery education. Athletes learn to train smart — not just hard.
Measurable Outcome Tracking
Performance benchmarks tracked across each cohort cycle. Sprint times, movement quality scores, and development milestones documented and reported to families and funders.
Every program is built by hand. St Claire Academy does not use AI-generated or templated programming. Every athlete receives a program written by a certified specialist who knows them personally — their movement patterns, their history, their goals. Real coaching. No shortcuts.
Enrollment Model
Limited enrollment is intentional. It maintains coaching quality, creates program culture, and ensures every athlete receives the development they deserve.
Athletes per cohort
Per age group per session. Small enough for real attention. Large enough for competitive culture.
Age group cohorts
Ages 7–11, 12–14, and 15–18. Each group receives age-appropriate periodized programming.
Sessions per week
Consistent weekly training with structured cohort cycles and end-of-cycle performance showcases.
No athlete is turned away due to inability to pay. Every spot is accessible regardless of family income.
Full Scholarship
Foster youth, DCYF-involved, and documented low-income families. Fully covered by grant funding and donations.
Sliding Scale
Working families with some ability to contribute. Rate determined by household income documentation.
Full Contribution
