  • R.E.A.L. Outreach (Resilience, Empowerment, Accountability, Leadership) is our community-based engagement program focused on connecting youth and families to behavioral health services, resources, and consistent support.

  • We serve youth and families across King County who are experiencing instability, system involvement, or barriers to accessing consistent support.

  • Our team includes individuals with professional experience in outreach and behavioral health systems. Training and supervision align with current program scope and continue to expand as services grow.

  • Referrals can be submitted through our referral form. Outreach referrals are reviewed to determine appropriateness and current capacity.

  • Donations support outreach engagement, care coordination, staff training, program development, and the infrastructure needed to expand services — including future therapeutic housing programs.
